Refund policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026. Refunds apply to visit fees paid through Book Home Care.

When we refund

Professional or platform cancels before the visit; duplicate capture; documented platform fault that blocks the visit.

When we may not

You cancel inside the fee window; the visit was completed; an incorrect address was still attended.

How to ask

Report the issue in the booking or email support@bookhomecare.cloud. Refunds return to the original method.
