Terms of use

Last updated: 9 September 2026. These terms govern use of bookhomecare.cloud and the Book Home Care mobile app.

1. Who we are

Book Home Care is a marketplace that connects families with independent home-care professionals. We do not operate a hospital or clinic, and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response. In a medical emergency, contact 112.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or break the law.

3. Bookings and payments

Confirming a visit creates that booking. Prices are shown before you pay. We do not store raw card numbers.

4. Cancellations

Free cancellation more than 24 hours before the visit. A 25% fee may apply inside 24 hours, and 50% inside 4 hours.

5. Conduct

Do not use the service for anything unlawful or unsafe. Reviews must reflect a completed visit.

6. Liability

Visits happen under the professional’s independent practice. We are not liable for clinical outcomes.

7. Changes
